Hi Lighting & Low Lighting

Here is a new to me technique... It is called "Hi Lighting & Low Lighting". I tried both techniques.  Who would have thunk how cool bleach could be, lol!  This challenge inpiration can be found at Tutorial Time on SpeedyTV Challenge 67.

• Polka dot ribbon
• Brown pearl brad
• white and black embossing powder
• distress markers- brown leaf
• bleach- green leaf
• leaf punch
• black pearl pen- for black "beads"
